Payment Options: All orders will require a PayPal account. A PayPal account will allow you to use these credit cards as well.

Sizing Charts: Each product page has a link to exact measurements for that item - just click on the words "sizing chart" on each product page. All of our measurements are taken with the garment lying flat, and the circumference is doubled. The most accurate way to determine which size to order is to compare our measurements to a similar item you already have and like. If you have questions about sizing, please email us here.

Package Tracking: All domestic and international orders placed on EmilyStrange.com will ship USPS with insurance on the declared merchandise value. After you complete your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with USPS tracking.


EmilyStrange.com's Domestic (US) Return Policy
Merchandise purchased domestically from EmilyStrange.com can be returned for refund or exchange (except any item that is listed on our website and/or your invoice as ‘All Sales Final’) within the guidelines that follow: You must contact us regarding your intent to return or exchange merchandise within 10 days of receipt, and the merchandise must arrive at our office within 14 days of the date we issue your return authorization. Authorized returns received after 14 days from the date of authorization will only be refunded to your PayPal account. All merchandise received for return or exchange must be in brand new, unworn condition; free of smells, animal hair, and any other substance. Please respect your merchandise. Returns or exchanges received in unacceptable condition will be returned and no refund will be issued.

Step 1.
Within 10 days of receiving your order, email EmilyStrange.com [email protected] to obtain your return authorization information. We will issue a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions.

Step 2.
Please write the RA# clearly on the outside of the package so that it will be routed to the returns department. All packages without an RA# number are subject to refusal. We must receive your merchandise within 14 days of the date your RA information is issued. Merchandise received after this time will only be eligible for refund to your PayPal account.

Step 3.
All returns should be properly packaged, with all the labels and packaging the item(s) arrived with. You are free to use whichever shipping method you prefer, but we will not be held liable for items that are lost or damaged in transit. Please email any package tracking information to [email protected].

Step 4.
You may expect return services to be completed within three to five business days after we receive the merchandise. Once return services are complete, we will send you an email confirming the transaction.

The Return Postage Issue: You will be responsible for any postage associated with a return or exchange. If you receive faulty merchandise or an incorrect item, we may cover the postage - please contact us via e-mail using the contact information above for details. Please follow all return shipping instructions above for either reason for return.


EmilyStrange.com's International Return Policy
Merchandise purchased internationally from EmilyStrange.com can only be returned for refund (excepting any item that is listed on our website and/or your invoice as ‘All Sales Final’) within the guidelines that follow: You must contact us regarding your intent to return merchandise within 10 days of receipt, and the merchandise must arrive at our office within 20 days from the date we issue your return authorization. Authorized returns received after 20 days from the date of authorization will not be refunded to your PayPal account. Items sent back to us must be declared as "warranty replacement" on customs forms. If we are charged import fees upon receipt of the item, the package will be refused and return services will not be completed. All merchandise received for return must be in brand new, unworn condition; free of smells, animal hair, and any other substance. Please respect your merchandise. International returns received in unacceptable condition will not be returned and no refund will be issued. Sorry - we cannot perform international exchanges - only returns.
